Why I can help you

I have a background of emotional eating, often rewarding myself with treats or punishing myself by binge-eating. I didn’t have a healthy relationship with food and I always felt angry that I couldn’t just eat what I wanted and stay slim, have good skin and feel happy, like a lot of my friends were.

In my mid 20s I was working 60 hour weeks in digital marketing and struggled to stay healthy and manage my weight. I was always tired, had terrible skin breakouts, bloating, abdominal pain and was suffering from anxiety. Eventually I burnt out.  I then sought help from a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer which changed my life. From then on I realised that good nutrition is fundamental to good health. I started studying nutrition a year later.

To build on my original studies I am now doing a diploma in Performance Nutrition at the Institute of Performance Nutrition, which will further my knowledge in this field. enabling to work with more athletes, as well as provide me with more weight management tools for my clients.
