Mentally, I feel calmer and less anxious. More in control. Physically, the new way of eating has helped me lose weight, and works really well with both my exercise regime and overall work-life balance. I'm a bit proud that I can fast 24 hours and my craving for chocolate vanished into thin air. I learned to enjoy food much more and that I always have a healthier option for nearly everything. I really enjoyed being part of this group I’m going to really miss it! I haven’t been hundred percent on plan working a straight 36 hours sometimes but you just learn to make better decisions! But saying that I have more energy which was the whole point. My biggest achievement since working with Chrissy would have to be the fact I’ve seen results which would normally take me a whole year to achieve in only a few months. She has helped me to get super lean whilst also maintain muscle mass which in my sport is vital. My recovery after each session is so well planned that my body has reaped the benefits meaning I can train at a better level and get more out of my sessions.

I followed Chrissy's recommendations and my hair and skin felt and looked so much better, my energy levels felt improved and for my fitness there was a marked improvement. The big test for Brighton Half Marathon in Feb 2018. I smashed my personal best and ran my first ever sub 2 hour half marathon. I had energy, power and enough in reserve to sprint finish. Tackling the non-food side of life is also important and Chrissy helped here too with suggestions and ideas to look after myself. I feel AMAZING for it!
I've seen too many doctors to remember and had many blood tests to be told the same thing: "its due to stress" etc. So I went to see Chrissy and she listened to me. She has been the only person who has identified anomalies in my blood results, actively listened to my past medical history and made suggestions which have honestly helped. Yes, there were also dietary changes, but Chrissy explained why they were important. I can honestly say Chrissy has really changed my health and would recommend her to anyone.
